Scoliosis can be scary, painful, and confusing. Maybe you were told to "watch and wait" or that there is nothing you can do.
You don't have to wait! There is a lot you can do no matter what stage of scoliosis you are at.
Better alignment ~ Less Pain ~ Keep Moving ~ Strength
There is beauty in imperfection. It is possible through commitment and dedication to find your best self. Through our extensive Scoliosis exercise program we will focus on 3-dimensional exercises, breath work, alignment, strengthening, confidence, mindset, and support.
It is my wish to empower those with scoliosis and other physical challenges through education of their own unique body and to help them discover practices to enrich their life. Through my nursing knowledge, paired with my own scoliosis journey, I have found that there are ways to embrace these challenges. During my time teaching Yoga, practicing Schroth, and as a Scolio-Pilates® Practitioner I have helped others turn their struggles into strengths.
